I am a firm believer that we are what we eat. As a result, I am very cautious of what my son and I consume. We are huge supporters of Certified Organic, Local and Farm to Table. With this being said, this is the start to our 12 month series of "What's fresh to eat in Florida?" Each month I will share: What's Fresh from Florida, Local Places to Purchase What's Fresh, Vegan and Vegetarian recipes, the monthly shopping list (which highlights which fruits and vegetables are fresh) and other cool and healthy information.
